Are they permitted? Jet skis are permitted on the lake and there is a 35 MPH limit on all motor boats.
Can you swim in the lake? Swimming is allowed & enjoyed in all areas of the lake.
The water clarity & purity has been described by Aquatic Controls & the DNR as one of the cleanest
Are they permitted? Boat docks are permitted on all lots that have water frontage.
Are they permitted? Up to 4 power boats are permitted on each lot. The 4 can include any combination of ski boat, pontoon boat and jet skis. The number of non-power boats is not limited.
Depth of Lake:
The deepest part of the lake which is near the dam is approximately 80′.
Columbus – 12 minutes. Nashville – 20 minutes.
Columbus Municipal – 25 minutes. Indianapolis International – 1 hour.
Minimum 900 sf for single level home. Minimum 750 sf for each level of a multi-level, single family home. Garages & other structures are also permitted with prior approval. The GLOA reviews & approves all building plans prior to the issuance of building
